via Facebook I really don't understand why I'm necessary at my job. If you're going to second guess every single thing I do, set down directives that are in direct opposition to what I know works at my location and refuse to listen to my input, why the hell do you need me at all. Just do my job yourself. You obviously believe you can do it better.
