via Facebook When I say something, I mean it the way it was said. Dear IT douche, if the printer was jamming, I'd have said it was jamming. What I said was the machine would print three sold items and no longer print (no matter how many items were sold) until the computer was restarted, at which point it would print the next three sold items and stop printing. Now, I'm not an IT douche, but that sounds like a software, not hardware, issue.
