via Facebook Really? You have the nerve to ask me if I have spares of something I have been attempting to order for my location for TWO months? No, I don't have spares. You don't let us keep spares. I told you the last time this happened that we had already gone through every "bad spare" in the building and that I was unwilling to destroy a $3000 part to continue to test these bad spares. If you had shipped the things when I ordered them in August and you said you'd shipped them, I wouldn't have a down house right now, would I?
